Downpipes and Test Pipes

A3 downpipe

FWD 2.0L FSI equipped VW Golf/Jetta/GTI/Audi A3

3.0" downpipe assembly. Fits FWD 2.0L FSI equipped VW Golf/Jetta/GTI/Audi A3. 304 stainless with gasketless/aircraft grade 3" stainless V-Band connection. Includes racing cat delete rear section (can be replace with catalytic converter module later) bolts directly to stock exhaust joint. All CNC mandrel bent and CNC flanges using TIG welded assembly. A must have mod for any "chipped" or "reflashed" vehicle to easily gain big HP and Torque. Over 30 ft/lbs and over 30WHP @ through various parts of the power band (see dyno charts). V-Band system will be fully compatible with future V-Banded rear exhaust modules that will extend rear muffler and exhaust tip. Various interchangeable muffler, catalyst, and resonator options for power and sound tuning will be available to attach to this downpipe. All very easy to install.
A3 downpipe

Audi A4/Passat (B6) 3" Cat delete Racing Downpipe

Fits 2002 - 2005 Audi A4/Vw Passat with K03, K04, or ATP Elminiator Series Turbos 3" racing downpipe deletes restictive cat immiediately after the turbo on the longitudinally mounted 1.8T. There is no welding or cutting necessary. The downpipe has a large 3" opening to take full advantage of the turbo flow and has provisions for the factory oxygen sensors. Typical gain is 200 to 400 rpm sooner spoolup and 40 ft/lb of wheel torque. HP gain is 10-15 on stock and K04 turbo and 30-40 on GT28RS or larger turbo. Our favorite when used with stock exhaust for ultra quite stealth sound. This part is for offroad use only. Comes with fasteners and smaller (14mm) head nuts to make installation much easier than the stock part.
A3 downpipe

3" Stainless Cat Delete Upper Downpipe, Audi A4 B7 2.0T FSI

3" stainless steel cat delete upper downpipe for the Audi A4 B7 2.0T FSI. High flowing, full 3" stainless piping from front to back (no transition), for stock location (stock K03 or K04 turbo) use. Deletes the restrictive factory cat right out of the turbo. Fits the longitudinally mounted 2.0T FSI engine found on both Front Wheel Drive and Quattro models of the Audi A4. Has both front and rear 02 sensor bungs in factory location. All TIG welded construction for max flow and durability. 4 bolt flange bolts to K03 or K04 turbo outlet and bottom flange bolts to stock lower downpipe or any aftermarket downpipe using the stock style 3 bolt flange. Unit drops right in to replace the place of the stock cat. The 3" piping throughout allows future upgrade to full 3" exhaust system. This modification is a very critical area in the exhaust system in allowing the rest of the exhaust system to flow freely since it replaces the first components out of the turbo which also happens to be the most restrictive component that acts as a bottleneck for the rest of the system. Our test car had a nice pretty polished catback system that retails for $1200 and did nothing until the bottleneck was removed with our cat delete pipe. A must have for any 2.0T running on the racetrack.
